2. About devIQ Tech
devIQ Tech is a technology services company operating under the umbrella of xFinit, headquartered in Romania, European Union. We provide Romania/EU engineering capacity, product delivery teams, local tech hub launch support, tech assessment & advisory, presence setup coordination, and local tech operations support to organisations globally.
3. Services
Our core service offerings include:
- Engineering Capacity — specialists who join the client delivery model on a contract or dedicated basis.
- Product Delivery Teams — scoped teams that build or advance product and platform work.
- Local Tech Hub — design, recruitment, and launch support for a Romania team the client will own.
- Discovery Assessment — scoped technical consultancy with written findings and recommended next steps.
- Company Presence Setup — presence planning and partner coordination for Romania/EU entry, entity, or acquisition-related setup; regulated legal/M&A work is delivered by partners.
- Managed IT Operations — device management, secure access, and day-to-day IT support for local or distributed teams; Microsoft Teams Rooms when a physical office is needed.
Service specifics, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work (SOW) executed between devIQ Tech and the client.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Transmit any malicious code, malware, or data designed to disrupt the Website's operation.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Website without written permission.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Website beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt directives.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Client Engagements
6.1 Proposals & Agreements
Information submitted through the Website (via the contact form or Get Started flow) constitutes a request for information or a proposal and does not create a binding agreement. A binding engagement is established only upon execution of a formal service agreement or SOW.
6.2 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement process. Specific confidentiality obligations will be detailed in the applicable service agreement.
6.3 Talent Engagement Terms
IT professionals provided by devIQ Tech remain contracted through devIQ Tech or its partners unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not directly solicit or hire placed talent during the engagement period and for 12 months thereafter, unless a separate placement fee agreement is made.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- devIQ Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Website shall not exceed the amount you have paid to devIQ Tech in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Liability related to service engagements is governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless devIQ Tech, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
10. Service Availability
