devIQ Tech is an IT outsourcing and services company operating under the umbrella of xFinit, headquartered in Romania, European Union. We provide IT talent fulfillment, managed IT operations, IT consulting & advisory, custom solutions, and managed device services to organisations globally.
3. Services
Our core service offerings include:
- IT Talent Fulfillment — provision of IT professionals for short- or long-term engagements including DevOps, cloud architecture, full-stack development, data engineering, and M365 specialists.
- Managed IT Operations — endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and remote monitoring and support.
- IT Consulting & Advisory — cloud migration strategy, process optimisation, and technology advisory services.
- Special Projects & Custom Solutions — AI/automation integration, platform migration, and full-stack solution delivery.
- Managed Devices & Secure Environments — pre-configured devices and compliance-ready environments for distributed teams.
Service specifics, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work (SOW) executed between devIQ Tech and the client.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Transmit any malicious code, malware, or data designed to disrupt the Website's operation.

6. Client Engagements
6.1 Proposals & Agreements
Information submitted through the Website (via the contact form or Get Started flow) constitutes a request for information or a proposal and does not create a binding agreement. A binding engagement is established only upon execution of a formal service agreement or SOW.
6.2 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the engagement process. Specific confidentiality obligations will be detailed in the applicable service agreement.
6.3 Talent Engagement Terms
IT professionals provided by devIQ Tech remain contracted through devIQ Tech or its partners unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not directly solicit or hire placed talent during the engagement period and for 12 months thereafter, unless a separate placement fee agreement is made.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- devIQ Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Website shall not exceed the amount you have paid to devIQ Tech in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Liability related to service engagements is governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless devIQ Tech, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Links

10. Service Availability
